St Chad's Flower Festival

To coincide with the start of Saddleworth Festival of the Arts (which starts tomorrow), today saw the opening of the Flower Festival at St Chad's Church in Uppermill. One of the Saddleworth In Focus team went along earlier this afternoon to see the spectacular array of flowers and whilst there, took the opportunity to take a lovely photo from the balcony, showing part of the wonderful display!
The Flower Festival started today (3rd June) and will finish on Tuesday 7th June. The church will be open between 10.30am-7.00pm everyday, except on Sunday when it will be open between 2.00-6.00pm. Admission is only £3 per person, so why not go and see it for yourself!
We have now arranged with the organisers of the flower festival for our photo to be available to order as a mounted 6 x 8 inch fine art print from the church for just £10! Further details on how to order can be found in the church, where you will also be able to see the finished product!
