We are definitely getting into the spirit of Christmas here at Saddleworth In Focus, including our beloved Shelley the Sheep who has already found herself a Santa hat and a sack full of presents! I wonder if she has one for you?!

We can send prints of all listed sizes across the UK and if you are local to Saddleworth, we can even deliver framed prints to you too!

We also have a number of CHRISTMAS FAIRS lined up where you can come and browse through our wide selection of prints or place an order with us. We will also have some of our smaller prints framed and ready for you to take away on the day - we think they make an ideal gift! We will also have our special 'fair prices' operating on the day.

In the style of a Christmas market with stalls selling all sorts of crafts and products. £2 entry but all proceeds go to the school committee

*SADDLEWORTH CREATIVE NETWORK CHRISTMAS FAIR - SATURDAY 10 DECEMBER!
Saddleworth Museum Uppermill, 11am-3.30pm

Many thanks to those of you who braved the weather to come and see us at the Saddleworth Show! We set up the stall shortly after 8.30 with the sun shining and it even felt quite warm, however it wasn't long before the rain came, and came, and came - in fact it didn't stop for the rest of the day! Luckily we were under the shelter of the craft tent, which to our surpirse had plenty of windows so it was full of lovely bright light and it wasn't long before a steady stream of people came for refuge from the rain. Morale was quite high at the stall due to our 'name the sheep' competition. We had over 50 suggestions, so once we've chosen one, we will announce the winner who will win their own free mounted print! Lots of people stopped to flick through the images in our browser and we also made quite a few sales. Unfortunately due to the weather, we didn't once venture from the tent so we hope everyone managed to have a good day and didn't end up too cold and soggy.

We have booked ourselves a stall in the craft marquee at the Saddleworth Show, THIS SUNDAY 12th June from 10am until 5pm! We will be selling a wide selection of our beautiful fine art mounted photographic prints in a range of sizes and even a few framed ones too so get there early before they start to disappear!

We will also be selling our brand new POSTCARDS at 35p each or 3 for £1 so why not buy one to send to a friend to show off the stunning area you live in!

Don't forget FATHERS' DAY is coming up too, so if you're stuck for ideas, maybe we have the perfect gift and something a bit different from socks or a tie!

To coincide with the start of Saddleworth Festival of the Arts (which starts tomorrow), today saw the opening of the Flower Festival at St Chad's Church in Uppermill. One of the Saddleworth In Focus team went along earlier this afternoon to see the spectacular array of flowers and whilst there, took the opportunity to take a lovely photo from the balcony, showing part of the wonderful display!

The Flower Festival started today (3rd June) and will finish on Tuesday 7th June. The church will be open between 10.30am-7.00pm everyday, except on Sunday when it will be open between 2.00-6.00pm. Admission is only £3 per person, so why not go and see it for yourself!

We have now arranged with the organisers of the flower festival for our photo to be available to order as a mounted 6 x 8 inch fine art print from the church for just £10! Further details on how to order can be found in the church, where you will also be able to see the finished product!

Thankfully due to some long-awaited nice weather this week, the Saddleworth In Focus team decided to take advantage of the sunshine, blue sky and fluffy clouds and had a wander round Dobcross with their cameras...of course!
